B - coffee (2 sugar, 1 creamer)...trying to go to just black coffee; 110calorie bagel toasted with a little almond butter; 1 cup of cheerios with 1/2 cup milk

L - 6" veggie sub from subway on wheat

D- Baked Chicken breast, corn, and brown rice

great start.

I really wonder why I ever stop going to bootcamp after a workout like today's. It was a good workout and actually some fun! Next week we start outdoor bootcamps in the morning. I have heard this is so much better then the indoor. I started the week after we went indoor. I think this will be a good change.

back in the saddle

I have been lame. Very lame.

I need to get my head back in the game. This is it. I enjoy boot camp. I love the ladies in it. I don't know what my problem is. I just need to get my butt out of bed and get there. I am totally happy when I go. I need to remember that!

My dear husband bought me new weights as incentive....guilt trip...bribery. Debated on the 20lbs but I went with the 15s.

Time to head to bed...so I can go to boot camp. :)
