Tracking

I really need to find a system that works for me to track what I am eating. I am thinking just a blog of each day of just food. Then I can just edit it as the day goes on and publish it at night. For some reason I do not remember to pull out my little journal to track my food.

B: english muffin, peanut butter, coffee
L: mcdonalds :(
D: baked beef ziti, salad, garlic bread
S: WW shake, WW caramel bar, orange

I think this is going to work just fine.

    It's free, and seriously it's been helping me really get that perfect ballance of calories, fat, carbs, protein etc... it's an awesome program that helps you track everything!
